Don't Take Our Word For It. Take Sixty Days.

Introducing the Everyday 60-Day Kitchen Trial — and why a board built to last a decade has nothing to fear from two months in your hands.

Here's an uncomfortable truth about buying a chopping board online: you can't pick it up. You can't feel the weight of it, run a thumb across the surface, or stand it next to the worktop to see if the colour's right. You're trusting a photograph and a paragraph of description to tell you whether a tool you'll use every single day is the one for you.

We've never loved asking you to do that. So we've stopped.

Every Everyday board now comes with a 60-Day Kitchen Trial. Order one, take it home, and put it to work — properly. Daily prep, sharp knives, hot pans, the lot. Give it the two months a serious board deserves. If, after all that, it hasn't earned its place on your counter, send it back for a full refund. No inquest. No "what was wrong with it" form. No questions asked.

Why we're confident enough to offer it

Most "trials" are a quiet admission of doubt — a sweetener bolted onto a product the seller isn't quite sure about. Ours is the opposite. We can hand you sixty days because we already know how the board behaves on day fifty-nine.

Our boards are made from Genuine Richlite® — a dense, resin-infused material that's been used in everything from skate parks to aerospace tooling before it ever found its way into a kitchen. It doesn't splinter. It doesn't harbour bacteria in open grain the way timber can. It shrugs off heat up to 175°C, takes a knife edge kindly, and keeps its composure through years of daily service. We're not nervous about what two months will do to it. Two months is barely an introduction.

That's also why the trial sits so comfortably alongside our 10-Year Material Warranty. The two promises answer two different questions. The trial answers "will I regret this?" The warranty answers "will it last?" Sixty days to be sure you've got the right board. Ten years before you'll need to think about it again.

The opposite of disposable

There's a bigger idea underneath all this, and it's the one we care about most.

We make tools designed to be used, kept, and passed down — not replaced. That matters more than it sounds. The modern kitchen is quietly full of things engineered to wear out: plastic boards that shed microplastics into your food with every cut and end up in landfill within a year or two, replaced and replaced again. A board you keep for a decade is the cleanest answer to that problem there is. Buy well, buy once.

The 60-Day Trial is part of that philosophy, not a contradiction of it. We don't want you to buy a board, feel lukewarm about it, and shove it to the back of a cupboard. We'd rather you tested it honestly, decided it was right, and then forgot it was ever a decision — because it simply works, year after year. A trial isn't us hoping you'll keep it. It's us making sure you only keep the one you actually want.

How it works

It's deliberately simple. Buy a board. Use it for up to sixty days from the day it arrives — really use it; that's the point. If it's not for you, email us at hello@everyday.industries with your order number and we'll tell you where to send it. Once it's back with us, we'll refund the purchase price.

A board that's been cooked on is exactly what we expect to see returned — honest kitchen wear is fine. Return postage is on you (we're a small family business, and that's the one part we can't cover), so we'd suggest a tracked service. Beyond that, there's nothing to it.

Take the challenge

We think the best way to understand an Everyday board is to live with one. So that's the offer on the table: two months in your kitchen, on us. Cook on it, test it, push it. See whether it earns its place.

We're fairly sure it will. But you've got sixty days to prove us wrong — and nothing to lose but the postage.
