Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Order after 2:00 PM or over the weekend and we'll have it packed and ready to go first thing the next working day.
Shipping Rates
All UK [mainland] orders ship free of charge on a tracked 1–2 working day service — so the price you see on the page is the price you pay at checkout, with nothing added on. EU shipping is calculated at checkout, or free over €150. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees — see below.
Delivery Times
- The Norm: Most of our customers receive their boards within 2 working days of dispatch.
- The Reality: Occasionally there are delays outside our control. Please allow up to five working days for your parcel to reach you. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves us, so you can follow its journey — and if things aren't working out, tell us at hello@everyday.industries and we'll sort it.
Safe & Sustainable Packaging
We hate unnecessary plastic. Your boards are packed securely in recyclable materials designed to survive the journey from us to your kitchen without a scratch.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order is with the carrier, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If your board hasn't shown up after five working days, drop us a line at hello@everyday.industries and we'll get on the case for you.
