Shipping policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are shipped the very same day.

If you order after 2:00 PM or over the weekend, we’ll have it packed and ready to go first thing the next working day.

 

Shipping Rates

All our products are shipped free of charge. We always ship for next day delivery (1-2 business days).

So the price you see on the page is the price you will pay at the checkout!

(UK only - Shipping to EU calculated at checkout, or free over €150)

 

Delivery Times

• The Norm: Most of our customers receive their boards within 2 working days of dispatch.

• The Reality: Sometimes there can be delays. Please allow five working days for your parcel to get to you.  You’ll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves us so you can follow its journey. Let us know if things aren't working out and we will fix them.

We hate unnecessary plastic. Your boards are packed securely in recyclable materials designed to survive the journey from us to your kitchen without a scratch.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order is with the carrier, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If your board hasn't popped up after 5 working days, drop us a line using the contact us page and we’ll get on the case for you.
