Shipping policy
Dispatch
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same working day. Order after 2:00 PM or over the weekend and we'll have it packed and ready to go first thing the next working day.
Shipping Rates
Our UK (Mainland) orders over £20 ship free of charge, otherwise it is £3.50. All with a tracked 1–2 working day service. This means that for all of our boards and bundles the price on the page is the same as the checkout, with nothing added on.
EU shipping is calculated at checkout, or free over €150. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees — see below.
Delivery Times
- The Norm: Most of our customers receive their boards within 2 working days of dispatch.
- The Reality: Occasionally there are delays outside our control. Please allow up to five working days for your parcel to reach you. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order leaves us, so you can follow its journey — and if things aren't working out, tell us at hello@everyday.industries and we'll sort it.
Safe & Sustainable Packaging
We hate unnecessary plastic. Your boards are packed securely in recyclable materials designed to survive the journey from us to your kitchen without a scratch.
Tracking Your Parcel
Once your order is with the carrier, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. If your board hasn't shown up after five working days, drop us a line at hello@everyday.industries and we'll get on the case for you.
