We stand by our boards. Period.

We don’t believe in "planned obsolescence." We make tools that are meant to be used, abused, and passed down. Here is how we look after you if things don't go to plan.

The 10-Year Material Warranty

We are so confident in our genuine Richlite® boards that every board comes with a 10-Year Material Warranty.

• What’s Covered: Any structural failure, delamination, or cracking under normal kitchen use.

• What’s Not: While our boards are tough, they aren't indestructible against everything. This warranty doesn't cover "cosmetic" battle scars (surface scratches are normal!), damage from being used as a literal hammer, or any DIY modifications.

• How to Claim: Just send a photo of the issue and a brief description to hello@everyday.industries with your order number. No jumping through hoops—if the material failed, we’ll replace it.

30-Day "No Quibble" Returns

If you receive your boards and decide they aren't for you, no hard feelings. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to send them back to us.

• The Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, boards must be unused and in their original packaging.

• The Process: 1. Email us at hello@everyday.industries to start the return. 2. We’ll provide you with the return address (our Bristol HQ). 3. Once we receive and inspect the board, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

• Return Shipping: As a small family business, we cannot cover return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your board arrives looking like it was dropped down the stairs to get to you, or if we sent you Black when you ordered Brown then we will fix it immediately. Drop us an email within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send out a replacement and a pre-paid label to get the wrong one back to us.
